Celestine Moore is a dedicated Realtor® and community advocate based in the Greater Houston area, bringing decades of professional experience and a deep personal commitment to service. She and her husband James are proud parents of two adult children and loving grandparents to three.

A Houston native, Celestine graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and attended Prairie View University. Her career began in the oil and gas sector as a Word Processing Secretary supporting architects and engineers, before transitioning into mortgage lending. Over 15 successful years, she advanced to the role of Branch Manager, specializing in helping clients from diverse backgrounds—including first-time buyers and relocating families—secure home financing and build generational wealth.

Celestine later followed her passion for real estate full-time, as a Platinum Member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). Known for her technical skills and strong negotiation strategies, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate complex transactions with care and integrity. Her specialty includes working with first-time homeowners and clients facing credit challenges, offering them both guidance and hope.

Beyond her professional work, Celestine is passionate about church ministry—particularly Evangelism and the “Reach Out and Touch” ministry, which reflects her lifelong dedication to uplifting others. She finds joy in gardening, nurturing both plants and peace, and treasures time spent with her growing family.

Celestine brings to the Board a servant’s heart, a sharp business mind, and a deep belief that “you can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want.”
